The mechanics at Valley Import go beyond their job. We had some work done on our auto, and when we returned to pick it up, they had taken out a couple of dents, one was a large one, and the charge was minimal compared to any other place we checked previously! They do wonderful work and go beyond what is expected. They are the best around--we have used them for more than a decade!!!!

Fantastic service. The staff always communicates to me what is wrong with my vehicle. They take pictures from before and after the repair for me to see which is something I really appreciate! I live pretty far from the shop but they’re always very flexible with my schedule and the commute which makes the whole process much easier (which is very important). I can highly recommend them.

I find friendly one-on-one communication here and a devotion to duty that is outstanding.
