Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

My 1967 Ford Ranchero up and died on me like it ran out of gas. I figured it was something with the fuel system. It wouldn't start. I found Valley Import on line, called them up and Rob said bring it in. I had it towed in and within 2 hours Rob called me to say it was ready. Luckily it was a simple fix for him, I am so glad I discovered this shop! Thank you!!!

Sooo, have a 2003 chevy corvette z06 and I had the guys at the shop, do the harmonic balancer and a AC repair... well, about a year down the road, the harmonic balancer that they installed back out because they didn't pin it properly... Now, it's costing me much more in repairs than I had originally. Definitely, I was not satisfied with the work that was done to my car. To their response.....2021 was when we had it done? well, it came from chevy in 2002 worked for 20 years on the original balancer.. car now has 114,xxx on it. i don't have the paperwork on hand, I've maybe but 10k miles on it since then. i drive the car a hand full of times thru the years. the work you guys did isn't backed by much. I have never heard of ppl have to replace that part that often by the way ac still works fine but will not come out of the floor vents, it was like that when i got it back from you guys.. didn't bother with it due to having to clear the lines so many times due to the bad compressor.

Five Stars again for Rob and the team. I was having fuel problems on my 66 Big Block Corvette. We had to go through several fuel pumps to find one that did what it was supposed to. Then he found an issue with my newly rebuilt carburetor. All set and back on the road. Thanks to Rob and the Team.

Fantastic shop and will be returning here for additional services in the future. Had a 2014 Volvo station wagon that would not start. Contacted the shop via their online intake form on a Sunday and had a response from them within about 12 hours with an appointment time. Booked a towing company to take my car in a day early before my appointment and they were very accommodating. Were able to get my car diagnosed on day of drop off and had the car repaired by the end of next day. Recommended additional services but were not high pressure about performing them. Pricing of services and labor was clear on my receipt. Communication and approval for all work was handled via text messages which was really convenient for me as I'm usually in and out of meetings all day. They quickly offered quotes for any services that they recommended. Staff was friendly and all communications were clear and professional. Highly recommend the shop to anyone in the area with a foreign badged vehicle.
