Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

I've been going to SRV Imports for the last 10 years. They have been open and honest in talking about repair issues, never try to "over sell" me on repairs, it's done right or they fix it, and they communicate often by email and phone message to keep me updated on issues. I really enjoy talking "cars" with Jeff and have always been satisfied with the results of their service.

Great service. Love working with these guys. I'm pretty particular about my 2003 BMW convertible. They take excellent care of it. Latest service was for a full, four wheel brake job. We discussed the pros and cons of the different brake pad choices. Came up with one that solved my brake dust/dirty wheel problem. I've been going to them for many years now. They have a shuttle service too. Good prices and very trustworthy.

Mark was so helpful and efficient from the moment I stepped in. Awesome service and very honest. They put their customer's needs first. Great prices and "family-feel" service. Will definitely go to them for any future car needs!
