SR Valley Import Center laid an EGG regarding quality and service. Picked up my Honda truck after oil change, transmission fluid, and transfer case fluid change. I reviewed the work receipt before pickup and more carefully after I got home. They forgot to do the transfer case fluid change but told me that I could not return that day to complete the service. Come back next Monday - a week later for their next appointment based upon our schedules. I took my truck into the honda dealer the same afternoon and they were able to complete the service prior to my trip....Friendly but not necessarily accountable regarding their service quality. My first time visit based upon "high praise" from my neighbor...DOHHHHH!
Hi Todd, We’re sorry we messed this one up – it was a front-office process failure, and we’ve discussed it with our service writers. Per BAR guidelines, that transfer fluid flush should have been spelled out on the estimate and repair order so that the technician knew to do it. Regardless of that, we’re sorry that we couldn’t absolutely promise to have the transfer fluid flush completed before the end-of-day today without delaying services that were promised to other customers. We offered to do it tomorrow, but you indicated that your next available day was next Monday. We’re glad that the dealer was able to get that done for you pronto and sorry that your first experience with us was so disappointing. Rob & Leah
