Friendly, quick and honest. Can be difficult to find all three! My Jetta kept dying while idling. They let me know of the various issues my car was having and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed immediately, and what could wait. I worked right down the street from them and was planning on catching an Uber to work, but they dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready - super convenient! Will definitely be back, especially since my car has close to 140K miles on it :)

Great customer service. Diagnosed, honest opinion, recommendation and service. One thing that I get miffed if that they had unplugged the light to the engine compartment and did not plug it back in. If they missed a small detail like this, I wonder if they had missed anything else...but other that that, my car is purring like a cat...
