Brought my 2000 Audi TT in for an oil change and lube and to fix an annoying squeak in the left front that had been existent for over two years. After examination, Mark Williams informed me that the water pump and timing belt should also be replaced and gave me an estimate. When the work was complete, costs were over $200 less due to a 15% Costco discount. New sway bar bushings eliminated the squeak and the TT runs like new. I will be using San Ramon Import Center in the future. Thank you!!

Always A+ service with San Ramon Valley Import. From the initial appointment call with either Jeff or Mark to the shuttle ride back to get the vehicle. The staff are extremely friendly and the work done has been and will continue to be excellent. Best mechanic is Rob, hands down!!
