We have been taking our cars to Valley Imports for about 18 years now and always get a high quality job done. They can fix cars and fix them good. They use quality parts and are very thorough. Not cheap but more than worth it for reliability. Owner run shop and it always shows. Tuesday the battery light comes on and I call Valley Imports. I know the battery is good, so Mark says don't drive around like that and bring it in that day as it most likely some type of Electrical problem. Accommodated me when I really needed it. Same afternoon they have it checked and diagnosed and I need a new alternator. Wednesday they do the repair and our car is rolling and we are back on the road in tip top shape that day. Ok so these guys are great. After bringing my daughter‘S 4Runner in to get a starter fixed, hopefully by the end of the day so our Daughter could drive it down to Cal Poly for the start of school, a crack was discovered in the radiator. No way they could get this fixed by end of day I thought so we were going to go with Plan B, well they were able to kick butt and get them both done by end of day and our Daughter was able to pick it up and drive down that evening. Glad they found the crack in the radiator, having my daughter stuck in Gonzalez with an overheating radiator at 9pm did not sound nice. Thanks so much guys for kicking it and getting this fixed so fast for us!!

Excellent. After years of the “dealer hassles” with my Lincoln LS I asked at work if anyone knew a shop that can work on this 2003 beauty. A fellow engineer said “go to Valley Imports”. I called them, made an appointment, and went. Wow, total professionalism! My, bought new, 2003 Lincoln LS V8 is a complex car, with lots of electronics. Who knows these car, now? Well, Rob, Jeff, and Mark at Valley Imports do ! Rob quickly determined the cooling and A/C system faults. Fixed with OEM parts! I had them look over the car, replacing spark plug, serpentine belt, oil and fuel filter. My sports cars will be going to Valley Imports!
