I made an appointment, missed it, they called and got me in. Really nice people, did a great job on my car while I waited on a park bench outside.They will have to put up with me now for the future.

This is the second time I have had a vehicle serviced at San Ramon Valley import center and both times have been amazing. They take great care of me and my cars. I recently purchased a used Lexus and took it in to have them look it over and do an oil change. Jeff was super helpful and informative. Took the time to assure me that I purchased a good car and gave me his recommendations on what needed to be done service wise. Ultimately the timing belt needed to be done but it was the length in which Jeff went to to reassure me that it was a crucial service. When I picked my car up he took the time to show me the old belt which was badly warped and cracked and in DESPERATE need of replacing. Once I saw that belt I knew it was absolutely necessary to do and he saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by recommending the service. So while no one ever wants to spend money on a car service I’d much rather pay to service a working and running car rather than to replace an engine altogether. So if you’re on the fence about a good shop look no further. They take real good care of their customers and I’ll be going back anytime I need something.
I've been coming to Valley Import since 2006. Friendly knowledgeable staff always helped me trouble shoot my cars.
I have been going to Valley Import Center for several years and have always found the service to be outstanding. I brought my vehicle in for service a few days ago and they have a great procedure in place were you can drop off your car without going inside and when you pick up your car in will be parked waiting you outside. I'm glad I started going there.
