Excellent. After years of the “dealer hassles” with my Lincoln LS I asked at work if anyone knew a shop that can work on this 2003 beauty. A fellow engineer said “go to Valley Imports”. I called them, made an appointment, and went. Wow, total professionalism! My, bought new, 2003 Lincoln LS V8 is a complex car, with lots of electronics. Who knows these car, now? Well, Rob, Jeff, and Mark at Valley Imports do ! Rob quickly determined the cooling and A/C system faults. Fixed with OEM parts! I had them look over the car, replacing spark plug, serpentine belt, oil and fuel filter. My sports cars will be going to Valley Imports!

Their online appointment scheduling tool is great! I scheduled an appointment Sunday night, and they were able to see me Monday morning. I had high quality, efficient service.
