My 2007 Honda Odyssey with over 100K miles was making a strange noise. Already a customer of theirs, I called VIP early in the morning and was able to take it in the same day. It turns out it was a bad alternator. Although they couldn't promise it would be done the same day, they were able to replace the alternator by 3 pm. I was very pleased that they were able to return my vehicle so quickly. Everyone there is great.

2006 Tundra with 180,000 miles running strong because of excellent maintenance service by Valley Import Center experts. I've taken all my vehicles for service there since Ian Cook opened the shop decades ago. They are the very best in the valley. Getting that extra 50,000-100,000 miles on my cars has saved me thousands of dollars in new cars and car payment interest. They are the smart independent shop!

My Volvo did not pass smog. Valley Imports diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. They explained what the problem was to a non-mechanic. Very thorough.

My needs are small, my expertise is limited. I like you guys and trust you well enough that I don't look elsewhere. Shuttle service would be nice when we're getting to the two oldsters - one car setup. A bridge to cross.
