Very honest!

Absolutely no complaints.

I looked for a AAA-approved service garage. I talked to Mark and easily set up a appointment just a few days ahead. After the COVID-19 break he recommended just a simple oil-and-lube job leading to a bigger sevice next at 90,000 mi. The shuttle is not yet back in service, I took the car there in he morning and was out in less than an hour.

The team here is always friendly, thorough, and timely. I definitely feel like they offer sound advice and are honest about what the car needs or doesn't need.

Over the years I haven taken my car to Valley Import for minor repairs, various parts replacement, lube oil and filters and most recently a 120k service maintenance. Rob, Jeff and Mark have always been honest and straightforward with what needed to be done/replaced/repaired and why. They are also very thorough about noting any potential issues/concerns they observed and offer recommendations accordingly. The service at Valley Import is consistently outstanding and reliable. Everyone is professional, courteous and goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. I will not take my 16 year old car anywhere else! It is a pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend them!

As always Valley Import Center is the best to do business with. They deliver your car when promised and I really trust this business. The service managers are knowledgeable, friendly and most helpful. Give them a try, you are not treated like a number like you are at dealerships.

These guys very simple and straightforward. They waste no time and don't try to run you in circles on what needs to be done versus what the real issue is and recommendations for later. Multiple times I bring my cars here cause it's that easy. Rob is my go to and won't go anywhere else. I refer all my friends that direction. Also they went outta their way to drop my car to my office cause I was stuck in the field. You can't beat that. #1!!!
