We were very impressed with the San Ramon Valley Import Center. Chris, Jeff and Sun were very professional: they kept us informed about the diagnostic process and explained the mechanic's recommendations. A lose crankshaft bolt was discovered that made it possible to save the engine in time. I very much appreciated being able to talk to Doug, the mechanic, who was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem.

Always friendly and professional. I've been using them for years. Work is top notch! They beat going to the dealer hands down.
