I have used San Ramon Valley Imports for my car service sense 1996. I have found them to be very proficient in what they do. They are courteous, timely and I have been very satisfied over the years.

We were very impressed with the San Ramon Valley Import Center. Chris, Jeff and Sun were very professional: they kept us informed about the diagnostic process and explained the mechanic's recommendations. A lose crankshaft bolt was discovered that made it possible to save the engine in time. I very much appreciated being able to talk to Doug, the mechanic, who was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem.
