I have used San Ramon Valley Imports sense 1993 and have been very satisfied with their service.

Valley was great addressing my repair needs. I wish I could say the same for audi's extended warranty company.

I trust the mechanical work done on my car and I appreciate the efforts of all the staff to make life convenient for their clients.

My wife's Infiniy gave up the ghost on SRV Blvd in San Ramon on her way home from work. Called AAA, Andre showed up and I had him tow the ca to Valley Import Center. Filled ou the after hours service request, asked Chris to call me in the morning, and left the car keys and deposited the envelope in the slot. Chris called me at 7:20 AM and told said the alternator needed replacing and also possibly the battery aand that they were pretty booked up and may not have it ready until tomorrow. I gave him the OK to do the work. Chris called about 2:30 that afternoon and said the work was done and we could pick up the car at our convenience. They also did a complete safety inspection while the car was there. Once again, Chris and the gang came through in a timely manner. Thanks.
