I have been coming to Valley Import Center for years. The staff does a great job caring for my car. I expect and receive good service and quality care.

I was recommended by D&S Auto Body. What seemed like a simple repair ended up being quite complex but I was the lucky recepient of their Lexis loaner. Sun took good care of me and provided regular updates on the repairs.

I've always found SRV Import Center, to be honest in explaining what is being done. They are accommodating to my crazy schedule, provide the courtesy shuttle, and have the work done when they say they will, or earlier. And it's always done well.

First time to San Ramon Valley Import Center, but it won't be my last. Temperature gauge fluctuated during a trip over the Altamont Pass. I brought my car in to get it checked out. San Ramon Valley Import Center diagnosed it as a clogged radiator and it needed to be replaced. Five days later, the car made it up to Tahoe with no problems. The staff was very helpful and explained every step of the repair.
