Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

First time to San Ramon Valley Import Center, but it won't be my last. Temperature gauge fluctuated during a trip over the Altamont Pass. I brought my car in to get it checked out. San Ramon Valley Import Center diagnosed it as a clogged radiator and it needed to be replaced. Five days later, the car made it up to Tahoe with no problems. The staff was very helpful and explained every step of the repair.

Valley Import provides that rare combination of superb competence and excellent customer service. They are always entirely honest about any work that needs to be done and when. They know what they're doing, and I feel safe driving my car. They schedule appts. around my particular needs, and either drive me home while the work is being done, or make me entirely welcome and comfortable in the office, if it's a brief appt. I've been through several, and have never known a better car service and repair business.
