I have been going to Valley Import Center for a few years. They're very professional and you feel like they are being honest and fixing what really needs to be fixed. They are a little pricey but I do feel I am getting great service from trusworthy people.

In evaluating the items with the car, it was discovered a part was needed so it was not ready same day, but during analysis of the car, further items were noticed which might caused later problems. So they were able to incorporate all the changes and car was ready noon of the second day. We have always been very satisfied with the work for our 10+ year old cars which are running very well.

As always service was complete promptly with a great explanation of the work done. Really appreciate the shuttle service.

Valley Import has serviced my car since it went out of warranty by the seller. The facility is the cleanest auto repair shop that I have experienced. I have total confidence in the mechanics and I appreciate the automatic scheduling of maintenance appointments.

I never have to worry when I bring my car in. Whether it's just an oil change or something major like a timing belt I'm taken care of and everything is taken care of. I just wish they could spell my name.

This is my third visit. I am very pleased with the services provided - excellent services - very pleasant with customers, especially w/Sun. I am very impressed of his enthusiam and cheerfulness with customers. This is a must in the business environment.
