Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

Had my Camry in, they found the problem. More importantly, that Service Writer Ed. He's amazing. What ever their paying him isn't enough. I hope they keep him on forever, because as long as Ed is there, I'm going to continue to come in.

The tech and Service Mgr. checked my new used car and provided a detail of items that will need attention in the near future along with estimated prices. A very good summary of this new used vehicle.

I have been going to Valley Import Center for a few years. They're very professional and you feel like they are being honest and fixing what really needs to be fixed. They are a little pricey but I do feel I am getting great service from trusworthy people.

In evaluating the items with the car, it was discovered a part was needed so it was not ready same day, but during analysis of the car, further items were noticed which might caused later problems. So they were able to incorporate all the changes and car was ready noon of the second day. We have always been very satisfied with the work for our 10+ year old cars which are running very well.
