Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

SRVIC gave me a comprehensive inspection for free (a $128 value). They did not suggest any extra maintenance to be performed because they said it's not due yet. To fix a problem with the A/C system, it's necessary for them to perform 2 diagnostic tests. Although the diagnostic tests required separate fees, the cost of the A/C repair was reasonable (less than $200).

We've taken several cars to SRVIC over the years. They are excellent at communicating the problems and any changes in repairs and scheduling. We appreciate their shuttle service. I always feel Jeff has a personal interest, besides business interest, in ensuring our experience is A+.

I have four cars all almost at or over 100,000 miles. I feel like I can keep driving these cars because they have been regularly maintained. Valley Import Center thoroughly checks everything, even windshield wiper blades. Thorough, friendly and reasonable.

Diagnosis of difficult systems using computer output was well done. Time will tell if it cured the problem. Awesome job as always!

Jeff was great to work with in scheduling and deciding on the repairs. Having a shuttle to pick up the car and the 25K mile warranty on the work are better services than most other shops offer.

Have been with these folks for 12plus years. I've moved back into Oakland from Danville, but STILl bring my car back. Great service PLUS they know what the heck they are doing for my 2000 Yukon with 140K miles. Am I satisfied? You bet!
