Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

I recently bought a used car. I brought it in to have Rob and Jeff check it out. They discovered a number of problems which I was able to go back to the dealer to have them deal with these problems, thus saving me a lot of money! A huge thank you to Valley Import for saving the day! I love these guys.

Dec 2021: The mechanic who was to work on my car had an accident and I was told it may be 2 weeks before they could fix it. To my surprise, Rob, part owner, came in over the weekend and worked on it so I got my car back within a week. Service way and beyond. Ditto to my post below. Jan 2020: The business is all about great service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, replacing my ABS control module the same day when the part had to come from SF. They provided a ride home and back to their business and I didn't need to wait. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Thanks.

Jeff and Rob are very professionals and the service was outstanding, from the moment I drop the car till I picked it up they explained exactly and in details what is the problem, how to solve it and how much time and money it will take. For sure will come back again and I strongly recommend !

I needed to find a new place to service my vehicle. A few friends recommended this place and they didn’t steer me wrong. My car just needed a scheduled maintenance but I will use them for any problems that might occur. Everyone is friendly, professional and they really know what they are doing. I will use them when my car needs it’s SMOG certification.
