I've been a long-time customer of SRVIC and refer customers to the shop all the time. Why? Because not only are they honest and thorough in their work, they are extremely friendly and I feel the price is right for maintaining the vehicles that I depend on to get me where I need to go safely all the time! I depend on my car...I depend on SRVIC!

I've been going to SR Valley Import for a few years and I feel they are trustworthy. They always do a good job and never sell me on what I don't need. Plus, I like the to/from car service so I can get to where I need to be.

When I moved here and tried to find a mechanic, everyone said, "I can tell you where I go, but I don't recommend them," until one friend said, "I recommend Valley Import Center." That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship of almost 15 years duration. The only time that I wasn't satisfied, I spoke up and they made it right. These are people that you can trust.

I have been a customer for a long time. When I worked in San Ramon my fellow employees took their cars to SRVIC, so I started to take my older model car there too. After I retired, I continued taking my car there because of the excellent service & feeling comfortable with my car when I drive off until my next required service. :-)
