Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

Wanted to update my review. Valley Import Center did reimburse me for the diagnostic fee, reaching out to me after I had posted my disappointment. Apparently it was an error on their part, although I did question it on the phone, but they assured me this was normal. Again, it was an error by the person on the phone. Anyway, at least the owner and manager Jeff made amends and I do appreciate this. My suggestion is that if you have any concerns about the charges, it might be best to discuss with either Jeff or Sun. We had another issue with another car a couple of years ago, but Valley Import did back the work and continued to repair as needed to correct the problem without any additional charges. They do back their work so that is a plus.

Sun's qualities of discipline, perseverance, and mechanical expertise were a welcomed experience. I felt comfortable in a situation where the cause of the problem was unknown. This shop is excellent.

Great place to have car work done. Starts with Jeff, who is friendly, helpful and knowledgable when you check in. They make and keep finish commitments. Convenient shuttle to take you to work or home. Convenient location, if you live in Danville or San Ramon

I have taken my Lexus here for over 6 years. I have always been more than satisfied with the service I receive. They are extremely honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking to avoid paying dealership prices. Always extremely professional, and wonderful customer service. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else!

Friendly guys and great service. They were able to troubleshoot the loose wheel on my car to an incorrectly torqued bolt from the previous repair (needless to say, not done at Valley Imports). A simple, inexpensive fix - I was expecting worse. They'll be getting my repeat business!
