Valley Import Center
Wanted to update my review. Valley Import Center did reimburse me for the diagnostic fee, reaching out to me after I had posted my disappointment. Apparently it was an error on their part, although I did question it on the phone, but they assured me this was normal. Again, it was an error by the person on the phone. Anyway, at least the owner and manager Jeff made amends and I do appreciate this. My suggestion is that if you have any concerns about the charges, it might be best to discuss with either Jeff or Sun. We had another issue with another car a couple of years ago, but Valley Import did back the work and continued to repair as needed to correct the problem without any additional charges. They do back their work so that is a plus.
