Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

I have been to Valley Import Center twice now. Both times I went there because both the Lexus dealer, and the Toyota dealer were simply outrageous with their pricing models. Rob and Ethan are simply great. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and priced fairly... AND they do fantastic work! You can tell a great deal by how clean and orderly a repair shop is. At Valley Import Center, you can eat off the floors! And this is a super busy shop with 30 plus cars in line waiting to be serviced. Having been a senior manager most of my life, it's easy to see why these guys are rated so high. I almost always go to the dealer to have my cars serviced, even the ones that are out of warranty. I think I am going to go to Valley Import Center from now on. I am very particular about my cars... and I really like these guys. You will too!

Needed my sons car checked out and fixed and it was at the last minute. They always accommodate me when they can and we always greatly appreciate it. I bring all my cars to valleyImports and will go no where else.

Rob and his family took great care of me and my ride. They communicate really well and let me make the decisions that matter with the proper information.

I want to commend the owner Rob for being straight forward about issues with my 2014 Subaru Forester. This particular model has many quirks including a very poorly designed front end. Rob took the time to explain to me about the design flaw and covered rework when technically he didn’t have to. Maybe not the cheapest but who else covers repairs for 2 years, 25k miles? Not Subaru. Not your local tire dealers. Thank you Rob, Ethan and the crew!

You guys knocked it out of the park again!

This review is long overdue. I bought my Volvo in and needed it repaired quickly for my son's driving test. Ethan made sure the my car was repaired and get me updated. I will not take my Volvo anywhere else.
